Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics is seeking an Associate Director of Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing function and grow our genomics and molecular diagnostics portfolios.

You will oversee commercialization, technical marketing, and lifecycle management while partnering with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Commercial, and Marketing Communications to translate science into successful launches and sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• MS in molecular biology or related field required.
• 12+ years in life sciences or molecular diagnostics.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing, commercialization and lifecycle marketing across portfolios.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and unified messaging.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Commercial and Marketing Communications.
• Drive data-driven marketing performance and annual commercial planning.
