Job summary

Flatiron Health, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with strong oncology and genomics experience to guide the design and optimization of our clinical-genomics products.

You will translate complex genomic results into actionable product requirements and clinical workflows, and support educational resources for practices. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Clinical teams to ensure alignment with real-world workflows and precision medicine concepts, contributing

Qualifications

• 5+ years oncology experience as an APP (NP/PA).
• Experience interpreting genomic test results (NGS panels) and using results to inform care.
• Familiarity with NCCN guidelines and precision medicine workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME at the intersection of clinical oncology and genomics for Flatiron product teams.
• Translate genomic data into actionable product requirements and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Clinical teams to improve workflows in OncoEMR and other products.
• Develop and deliver educational resources to help practices use genomic testing in patient care.
• Represent provider voice in product discovery, scoping, and rollout phases.
