Qualifications

• PhD in biology or data science-related field.
• 2+ years of programming experience required.
• Proficiency in Python, Unix/Linux OS and/or R.
• Experience with processing NGS data is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical tests and machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Utilize programming skills to design and develop computational tools for biological data analyses, including single cell RNA-seq, multiomics and CRISPR perturbation experiments.
• Analyze experimental data and address methodological challenges of data integration.
• Use discretion in prioritizing and organizing workflow and in optimizing methodologies and results.
