Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking a highly organized Clinical Development Coordinator to serve as the central coordination point for the Clinical Development team.

This role supports day-to-day clinical development activities across genomic testing, rare disease, precision medicine, and evidence-generation programs by organizing workflows, tracking action items, and coordinating meetings with internal teams and external collaborators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central coordinator for Clinical Development activities and timelines.
• Coordinate study-related activities, trackers, and meeting materials.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and information flow.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and leadership updates.
• Maintain organized project documentation and audit-ready records.
• Support compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, or related field
