Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience writing Python for data and model work.
• Front-end interfaces using TypeScript/React.
• Ability to work with genomic data (VCFs, variant annotations, etc.).
• Strong collaboration with partner teams and product leads.

Responsibilities

• Build application surface for your area: workbenches, variant scoring, ranking pipelines, and tools for scientists.
• Run models on partner data and present results with interpretability for computational biologists.
• Develop evaluation infra: benchmarks, retrospectives, head-to-head comparisons with current tools.
• Present work in partner meetings and iterate fixes based on feedback.
• Ship features on a weekly cadence, often starting as live prototypes from partner conversations.
