Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological science, computational / programming, or related area.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of bioinformatics methods, nextgen sequencing processing, applications programming, web development and data structures.
• Thorough knowledge of Python bioinformatics programming design, modification and implementation.
• Thoroughly proficient with design, implementation, and management of SQL relational databases, web interfaces, and Linux-based operating systems.
• Thorough knowledge of modern LLM application development tools.
• Thorough knowledge of protein folding algorithms, including AlphaFold3 and deploying on different hardware.
• Thorough knowledge of machine learning techniques for building predictive classifiers on multi-modal data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize computational tools to analyze research data.
• Implement algorithms and statistical methods for data interpretation.
• Design experiments and develop end-user data search and integration interfaces.
• Maintain computational infrastructure and local databases for large-scale studies.
• Develop analysis tools for lab personnel and public dissemination.
• Interface with AI coding frameworks and ML toolkits for model development.
