• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Tableau, Oracle and file-sharing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational support for clinical research and training programs.
• Coordinate travel, prepare agendas, and support executive committee meetings.
• Translate scientific discoveries into accessible narratives for stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations of clinical training programs and trainee processes.
• Manage trainee interviews, onboarding, and progress reporting.
• Develop and run genomic medicine webinar series.
• Design stakeholder surveys to measure engagement and webinar success.
• Coordinate annual genomic medicine meetings and budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
