Job summary

The Gladstone-UCSF Institute of Genomic Immunology seeks to recruit faculty at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level. Candidates must have a strong background in immunology, genomics, genetics, genome engineering, synthetic biology and/or clinical immunotherapy and lead a high-impact research program in genomic immunology.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D. (or equivalent degree) or M.D./Ph.D.
• Establishing or established research program in genomic immunology or immunotherapy research.
• Strong background in immunology, genomics, genetics, genome engineering, synthetic biology and/or clinical immunotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop extramurally funded research programs in genomic immunology.
• Educate and mentor graduate and medical students.
• Collaborate across UCSF and Gladstone Institutes on immunotherapy projects.
