Qualifications

• PhD in Genetics or another life science field; or relevant degree.
• Expertise in population genetics and molecular genetics.
• Demonstrated teaching experience through TA roles or undergraduate courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate genetics courses such as Principles of Genetics and Molecular Genetics.
• Advise undergraduate students and support their academic progress.
• Coordinate laboratory courses and mentor graduate teaching assistants.
• Contribute to departmental service and committees.
• Pursue undergraduate-focused research and education research.
