Qualifications

• Expertise in population genetics and molecular genetics, demonstrated through training or research.
• Teaching experience at undergraduate level in genetics or related biosciences.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate genetics courses with a 6-9 credit hour load per semester.
• Develop or enhance courses, including bioinformatics or computational biology.
• Advise undergraduates and support academic progress in the Genetics Program.
• Coordinate labs and mentor graduate teaching assistants.
• Contribute to departmental service and participate in committees.
