• Supervise a team of three genetic counselors and one assistant; manage evaluations, workflow, and scheduling.
• Oversee clinical workflows and patient care systems; contribute to program strategy and accreditation alignment.
• Assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations of the master's program, fieldwork oversight, and course instruction.
• Serve as a clinical liaison in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinate patient care across specialties.
