Mercy is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Genetic Counselor to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team at the Mercy Kids Center for Neurodevelopment and Mercy Kids Autism Center. This position plays a vital role in providing genetic counseling services across autism, pediatric neurology, and inpatient pediatric populations.
The Genetic Counselor will provide ambulatory and virtual genetic counseling services to patients and families in prenatal/perinatal, pediatric, adult, and oncology settings, as appropriate. Working collaboratively with Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists, Medical Geneticists, Neurologists, and other healthcare professionals, this position supports comprehensive genetic evaluation, education, testing coordination, and family-centered care.
This is a critical role supporting multiple departments with no current backup coverage. We are seeking a qualified professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through genetic services.
