About the Role

Responsibilities

• Facilitate JAD sessions with customers
• Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions
• Provide expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration, and development
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery
• Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations
• Mentor other technical team members

Requirements

In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with:

• Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE, WWE)
• .NET and C# Development
