Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Configuration Specialist responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Genesys Cloud administration, focusing on system configuration, integration, and support within contact center environments.

Responsibilities

1. Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions to meet organizational requirements.
2. Develop and configure Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and middleware solutions to enable seamless integration with other systems.
3. Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
4. Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing optimizations as needed.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud-related issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system configurations with business objectives.
7. Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
8. Train end-users and administrators on effective use of Genesys Cloud features.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in developing and configuring Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Experience with system integration, including working with RESTful APIs and middleware.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security principles.
• Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX or related technologies.
