The Genesis Academy Training Program is a five‐month rotational program for college graduates. From day one, the Trainee will join Genesis as a full‐time employee, rotating across key areas of the business, taking on meaningful responsibilities, and gaining real deal experience. The Trainee role is designed to develop foundational skills in loan operations, credit analysis, collateral evaluation, and workflow management. Genesis Academy Trainee Program offers hands‐on exposure to end‐to‐end real estate lending workflows, underwriting fundamentals, and cross‐functional collaboration with sales, valuations, construction, and compliance teams.# # Principal Duties:**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** include the following.
