Genesis Capital (the “Company”) is one of the largest business purpose lenders in the country, focused on providing commercial real estate financing solutions to real estate developers who buy, renovate, and sell single-family and/or multi-family residential real estate. The Company is a subsidiary of Rithm Capital (parent company), a publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust. The Trainee will be hired to participate in the Genesis Academy Trainee Program and upon successful completion transition into a full‑time Analyst or Associate position. The Genesis Academy Training Program is a five‑month rotational program for college graduates. From day one, the Trainee will join Genesis as a full‑time employee, rotating across key areas of the business, taking on meaningful responsibilities, and gaining real deal experience. The Trainee role is designed to develop foundational skills in loan operations, credit analysis, collateral evaluation, and workflow management. Genesis Academy Trainee Program offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end real estate lending workflows, underwriting fundamentals, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, valuations, construction, and compliance teams.

$27 per hour for five-month Genesis Academy training program ($65,000 - $75,000 annualized starting salary after successful completion of program).
