What Makes Us Different

This isn’t a job for clock-punchers. There’s a reason our generator installers are some of the highest-paid in the Nashville/Cookeville market - a fact we take great pride in. Pioneer is where tradespeople come to build careers, achieve financial freedom, and be part of a no-drama team.

We don’t babysit. We don’t do red tape. We don’t burn people out. What we do is back each other up, take responsibility, and get the job done right the first time.

We live by a set of values we call GRIT

• Growth - We embrace discomfort and get better every day.
• Respect - We treat people right, period.
• Integrity - We own our work, keep our word, and do what’s right - even when it’s hard.
• Team - We back each other up in moments of success and adversity.

Trust Your Career to Pioneer!

A generator is only as good as the installer who wired it, and we’re building a reputation for getting it done right the first time. When you work here, you’re not just installing equipment - you’re building value and trust. And we’ll return the favor with a team that’s got your back and a company that pays what you’re worth.
