Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking electrical technicians to diagnose, explain, and execute with confidence, valuing skill and independence.

As a team member, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, document work in ServiceTitan, and pursue certifications. You’ll own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism in a fast-paced Nashville environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential (preferred) or commercial electrical experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
