Job summary

Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking generator service technicians to install, test, and service generators across Cookeville and the surrounding area, reporting to our Nashville team for training. You will work independently, communicate clearly, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering reliable power solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and circuits, including trenching and underground work.
• Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot.
• Document work in ServiceTitan to keep day running smoothly.
• Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
• Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.

You will be servicing customers in Cookeville and the surrounding area - while reporting to team training in our Nashville location.
