Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is seeking a Generator Technician within Service Operations to maintain and repair natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will develop and optimize maintenance programs to reduce fleet costs and improve reliability, while documenting procedures to ensure consistency across field offices.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements and support the company’s leadership in natural gas power generation.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred technical training in engines or mechanical systems.
• Preferred technical degree in engine/mechanical field or related bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to fluently speak, write, and read in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on Mesa generator units per Mesa standards.
• Record service and parts usage accurately.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve promptly.
• Provide superior customer service and professional communication.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in work environments.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing for product improvements.
