Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Generator Technician, Service Operations to maintain and repair natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will develop maintenance programs to reduce fleet costs and improve reliability, and document procedures to ensure a consistent Mesa standard across field offices.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements while delivering professional, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Technical degree with engine/mechanical focus preferred.
• 1 year experience operating 3/4–1-ton service trucks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Mesa Generator Technician course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance services on Mesa units per standard.
• Records service/repair tasks and parts used.
• Troubleshoots problems and resolves them promptly.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Follows service checklists to verify unit readiness.
