Waukesha-Pearce Industries in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Generator Technician Class B to perform PM maintenance and minor repairs on standby generators. You will read wiring schematics and learn load bank testing.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical or electrical aptitude, own tools, and the ability to work independently within a team. Training is provided through WPI service schools and on-call duties may apply.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of generator/related experience.
• G.E.D. or High School Diploma.
• Must read wiring schematics and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Must supply own tools.
• Trade school or generator background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance and repairs on generators and controls.
• Completes service reports daily.
• Attends service schools and training programs.
• Performs weekly truck inspections.
• Fills out JSA form on every job.
• Maintains service truck, tools and equipment.
