VoltaGrid is seeking a Generator Technician to diagnose and repair natural gas generators. You will verify and adjust breaker settings per job requirements and proactively inspect equipment to increase reliability.
The role uses meters such as multimeters, ammeters and megohmmeters; reading wiring diagrams and performing wiring modifications as needed. Travel is on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation; it is a non-exempt position.

FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT
Responsible to: Shop Manager
The Generator Technician position will diagnose and repair Natural gas generators. This person will verify and adjust breaker settings per job requirements while proactively inspecting and recommending repairs to increase generator reliability
