VoltaGrid LLC. is looking for a Generator Technician to diagnose and repair Natural gas generators. The candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in power generation and will be expected to work on a travel rotation schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
This role involves verifying and adjusting breaker settings and inspecting equipment to improve reliability. Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical systems are essential. The position requires a high level of integrity and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Position Title: GENERATOR TECHNICIAN
Location: 2 WEEKS ON, 1 WEEK OFF ROTATION
FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT
Responsible to: Shop Manager
The Generator Technician position will diagnose and repair Natural gas generators. This person will verify and adjust breaker settings per job requirements while proactively inspecting and recommending repairs to increase generator reliability.
