• Proven expertise in installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential standby generators
• Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding homeowner experience
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Valid Driver's License A valid driver's license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential standby generator systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on residential generator systemsDiagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, fuel system, and operational issues
• Conduct startup, commissioning, and performance testing of newly installed equipment
• Educate homeowners on generator operation, maintenance requirements, and available service options
