Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, hands-on training for Milton CAT Generator and partner technicians.
• Develop, update, and maintain training programs, curricula, manuals, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written and practical assessments.
• Manage training laboratories, simulators, generators, and related equipment.
• Coordinate training schedules, agendas, records, and reporting.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
• Support training budgets and align programs with organizational goals.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in generator systems, electrical theory, and safety.
