W.W. Williams seeks a Generator Service Sales Representative to sell preventative maintenance contracts and repair services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, and industrial sites relying on standby power.

The role emphasizes strategic cold calling, strengthening customer relationships, negotiating proposals, and supporting the service department with maintenance follow-ups. Salesforce experience is valued; Ohio-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops strategic cold call plans for prospecting and sales.
• Meets with customers to maintain relationships and ensure quality service for power generation maintenance.
• Prepares, discusses, and negotiates contract proposals with prospects.
• Supports the Service Department with follow-up on repairs or maintenance needs.
• Represent the company at industry functions and trade shows.
• Pursues new sales avenues to grow market share.
• Tracks all sales activities in Salesforce per guidelines.

Job Summary

Generator Service Sales Representative. Sells preventative maintenance contracts and repair services to new and existing customers, focusing on hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial businesses, public and private school systems, and other industrial establishments that rely on standby or emergency power.

Job Duties

• Develops strategic cold call plans to provide consistent and effective prospecting efforts.
• Meets with current customers to develop and/or maintain strong relationships, ensuring the highest quality of customer service for power generation maintenance.
• Prepares, discusses, and negotiates contract proposals with prospective customers.
• Assists the Service Department by following up with customers on requested repairs or repairs identified during maintenance service.
• Represents W.W. Williams at industry functions, trade shows, and events.
• Strategic and creative in pursuing new avenues to increase sales and market areas.
• Consistently tracks all sales activities in Salesforce by following company provided guidelines/practices.

Work Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Salesforce or experience with other CRM software preferred.
