Job Description:

Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of generators, primarily residential with some commercial applications. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for interacting with internal staff and clients. Responsible for preparing accurate estimates after diagnosing and troubleshooting potential repairs. Must complete and upload service reports into the company CRM. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a skilled Auto Mechanic or 2 years as a Generator Technician, with experience in residential and commercial maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with Generac, Kohler, Cummins, or Briggs and Stratton Generators.
• Skilled & Master Generator Repair Technician capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing generators from 16kw to 200KW.
• Ability to work closely with Maintenance, Production, and Sales Departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills on the spot.
• Military background or trade school experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to attend manufacturer-provided training schools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
