Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required.
• Experience: BA/BS plus 2 years’ or AA/AS plus 4 years’ experience or 7+ yrs with HS diploma.
• Technical: Diesel generator experience; generator parallel systems; switch gear; refrigerant brazing and evacuating.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and sustainment on 3kW to 150kW generators and AC/DC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Chillers, and Environmental Control Units.
• Maintain commercial and military power equipment including UPS.
• Operate a Load bank during testing.
• Fabricate wire harnesses and solder terminals.
• Work in generator shop and field environments; assist as needed.
