Job summary

Stewart- is seeking a Power Generation Commissioning Technician II to perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of generator systems for customers. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, read electrical schematics, and coordinate with project teams while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with power generation and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable schedules.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70/70E and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on power generation equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, fuel, cooling, and control issues.
• Conduct load bank testing and verify equipment performance.
• Read wiring diagrams and service manuals to guide work.
