Caterpillar Inc. in Seguin, Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to maintain and improve assembly processes for generators from 35kW to 850kW, coordinating with planning, tooling, maintenance, and plant engineering.

You will lead manufacturing projects, solve day-to-day issues, work with suppliers on capital projects, and ensure changes meet quality, safety, and throughput goals; this onsite role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing and assembly projects.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day process problems; implement solutions.
• Design processes with industry best practices to meet takt time and throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement activities including PFMEA, PPAP.
• Coordinate tool design reviews, cost estimates, and releasing with stakeholders.
• Work with internal and external suppliers on capital projects.
