Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Software Engineer to help shape Generative UI and the Input Experience. You will partner with design studios, AI teams, and framework owners to set direction and ship cross‑platform UI frameworks at Apple scale.

You will craft interfaces, drive runtime generation, enforce security, and mentor engineers while delivering polished, native‑feeling experiences. The role demands deep Swift/SwiftUI expertise and hands‑on work with generative models to ship

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Expert‑level Swift, with production SwiftUI (or comparable declarative UI).
Led an application or framework end to end, including its public API and its adopters.
Hands‑on experience building user‑facing features with generative models (shipped or prototyped).
Experience setting technical direction across teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

Partner with Apple design studio and AI teams to invent the generative UI paradigm.
Design runtime generation system and the UI frameworks it builds from.
Productize execution runtime, harden security, and improve generation quality through testing and evaluation.
Ship cross‑platform frameworks at Apple scale and guide engineers across teams.
