Job summary

Aimlroles is seeking Research Scientists across seniority levels to join the Artist-First AI Music Lab. You will push state-of-the-art generative technologies for music, focusing on diffusion/flow models, vocal synthesis, and post-training alignment.

You will work with a cross-functional team, run large-scale experiments, publish findings, and help shape products reaching millions of fans and artists.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with generative modeling, ML, music info retrieval, or related areas.
• Publications at leading conferences or journals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct groundbreaking research in generative audio using diffusion/flow matching.
• Run large-scale experiments leveraging extensive infrastructure.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, PMs, designers, and researchers.
• Publish findings and contribute to product-facing results.
