Job summary
Thomson Reuters seeks a Transformation Project Engineer to support law firm transformation and Generative AI adoption. You will gather customer requirements, understand legal practice nuances, build and test bespoke AI-enabled workflows, support pilots, and deliver training to drive adoption within the Legal Professionals segment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in legal practice, legal operations, knowledge management, or consulting with tech implementation focus.
- Experience with AI technologies and workflow solution development.
Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering with stakeholders to align solutions with objectives and specs.
- Provide expert guidance on AI tool operation, prompting, integration, and TR products.
- Create detailed workflow maps to visualize processes and enable AI integration.
- Design and deploy bespoke workflow solutions using Thomson Reuters AI tech.
- Maintain and optimize deployed solutions amid product changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution.
