Job summary

Google LLC in San Francisco (CA) seeks a Technical Program Manager III focused on Generative AI within Google Core. You will lead cross-functional programs from requirements through delivery, partnering with engineering, product, and data teams.

You will plan roadmaps, identify risks, track schedules, and communicate insights to executives while shaping AI tooling strategy and scalable analytics across the portfolio. Base pay ranges and equity are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience applying Generative AI technologies to solve technical or business problems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate stakeholders' needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational and management dashboards.
