Job summary

Google LLC in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead AI transformation initiatives within Core Systems. You will drive cross‑functional programs across product engineering, infrastructure, and security, from requirements to delivery.

You’ll partner with principal engineers and executive stakeholders, manage risks and schedules, and articulate tradeoffs while scaling systems that power Google’s flagship products. Strong technical judgment and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of program management experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, agentic AI frameworks and agent development, or model development life-cycle.
• Experience leading software programs across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception through delivery.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Articulate analyses and tradeoffs to executives and engineers alike.
• Drive AI transformation, scalable infrastructure, and governance across Core Systems.
