Job summary

Harnham in New York City is seeking a Generative AI Support Specialist for on-site work three days per week. You will serve as the technical expert for enterprise AI platforms, helping users unlock value from AI capabilities and progress from chatbots to multi-agent workflows and business integrations.

You will troubleshoot, coach on prompts and workflows, and collaborate with business teams to deliver practical, governance-aligned AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude.
• Prompt engineering and designing advanced AI workflows.
• Data Science/ML/Analytics background.
• Experience with Python, Markdown, APIs, automation, or integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with a methodical approach.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; customer-focused.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms or AI products.
• Familiarity with AI agents, workflow orchestration, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex ChatGPT and AI platform support requests.
• Coach users on prompt engineering, model selection, AI workflows, custom GPTs, integrations, connectors, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Administer and support the enterprise AI environment, including workspace configuration, user management, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and recommend practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop playbooks, documentation, adoption materials, feature guides, and governance-related content.
• Analyse recurring issues, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive greater AI adoption across the organization.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
