Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks an AI Solutions Developer to design, implement, and support AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows. You will work with business and technical teams to deliver copilots, chatbots, and automation that improve processes and efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensure governance and security, and stay current with emerging AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in software development, application support, automation, or related roles.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience with APIs, data integration, and modern development tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
• Understanding of application security and data privacy principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Build solutions utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation tools.
• Create and maintain integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions to validate business use cases.
• Assist with testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional applications.
• Participate in project planning, solution design discussions, and technical reviews.
• Provide recommendations on AI tools and technologies to address business needs.
• Support AI platforms and services; follow security, governance standards.
