Job summary

INA Solution in Plano/Frisco, TX is seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to design and deploy advanced AI solutions. The role requires hands-on work across AI/ML, Generative AI, and AI agent architectures, focusing on end-to-end systems rather than using off-the-shelf tools.

You will implement RAG architectures, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph, REST APIs, and cloud-native development, leveraging Python and Git in a hybrid setup with onsite as required in Texas.

AI Technical Skills & Expectations

• Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, with the ability to build AI solutions from scratch.
• Experience with Generative AI, including LLM-based applications and solution development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agentic AI and AI agent architectures.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Strong understanding of the underlying concepts, architectures, and technologies powering modern AI systems.
• Candidates should be capable of developing, integrating, and deploying AI solutions, rather than simply using tools such as ChatGPT or other off-the-shelf AI applications.
• Basic AI tool usage alone is not sufficient; we are looking for candidates with strong technical depth and demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using AI.
