Job summary

IPolarity LLC is recruiting for a senior AI solutions architect to translate complex business workflows into scalable GenAI deployments. You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, and retrieval-based applications, working directly with stakeholders to define scope, metrics, risks, and milestones.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT and hands-on experience across OpenAI and Google AI ecosystems, with strong client-facing and consulting capabilities to translate

Responsibilities

• Translate business workflows, pain points, and objectives into production-ready AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, and retrieval-based applications.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Build integrations leveraging approved AI platforms and enterprise technologies.
• Drive rapid prototyping and deployment of AI solutions to deliver business value in shorter timeframes.
