Job summary

CloudIngest in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, with hands‑on experience in Devin AI or Claude AI.

You will leverage a strong software engineering background, experience building LLM-powered applications, and familiarity with AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and cloud deployments to deliver production‑ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Devin AI and/or Claude AI (Anthropic).
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agents.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI applications using Devin AI or Claude AI.
• Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Develop RAG-based applications by integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases.
• Create and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality and accuracy.
• Integrate AI services with existing enterprise applications and APIs.
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and security.

• Exposure to Banking or Financial Services domain is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have
