Motion Recruitment is seeking a Generative AI Prompt Engineer for a 12-month contract in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on applying AI to cybersecurity, building practical AI-driven solutions, and improving security testing and threat identification.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup with three days onsite, collaborating with engineers and security professionals to deliver measurable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing prompt architectures for Generative AI in security contexts.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled workflows or orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on testing and evaluation of model behavior and security outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompting methodologies for cybersecurity AI initiatives.
• Build prompt-based frameworks to support automated security analysis and testing.
• Design AI workflows to generate insights on vulnerabilities and risks.
• Evaluate prompts and configurations across multiple LLM environments.
• Research new prompting strategies to improve accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with security teams to explain findings and determine follow-ups.
• Support AI-driven vulnerability analysis, scanning, and security research.
• Organize data produced by AI systems for downstream use.
• Prototype new capabilities quickly and iterate from results.
• Stay updated on Generative AI and cybersecurity developments.
