Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager to shepherd agentic AI initiatives from strategy to execution. You will own agile delivery, decompose complex tax workflows into actionable agent tasks, and work with Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure customer value is delivered incrementally.

You will guide release readiness, manage risk, and embed the voice of the customer in the team, collaborating across departments to meet privacy, safety, and auditability standards.

Qualifications

• Backlog ownership from epics to stories with acceptance criteria and DoR/DoD.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable user stories and prioritized backlog.
• Decompose tax/financial workflows into agentic tasks and specs.
• Experience with AI/ML product development and lean validation cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated plan spanning modules and agentic components.
• Transform epics into INVEST-compliant features and stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with sprint readiness and visible dependencies.
• Spearhead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story elaboration with engineering teams.
• Collaborate on release planning, feature flags, and canary rollouts.
