Job summary

The central AI marketing team at Google is hiring in San Francisco to lead launches of generative AI features. You will own go-to-market strategy, collaborate with product, engineering, and creative partners, and translate complex AI capabilities into clear market messages for diverse audiences.

You will shape cross-functional campaigns, analyze data-driven insights, and drive creative activations with internal teams and external agencies. Equity and bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience working on core product marketing or communications.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market or campaign strategies rooted in digital activations.
• Experience in program management or project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM and strategy for model launches with cross-product teams.
• Coordinate launches and land evergreen model storytelling across channels.
• Monitor AI conversations to drive engagement and opportunities.
• Translate generative model capabilities into marketing briefs and proofs.
