Job summary

CareSource is seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.

The role emphasizes Generative AI platforms, MLOps, cloud deployment, and rapid prototyping with a strong Python + ML toolkit. A strong background in Python and Agile practices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; 5+ years AI/ML dev & deployment experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models and algorithms for business challenges.
• Define and lead architecture of Generative AI platforms (LLMs, vector stores, pipelines).
• Prototype PoCs for emerging AI technologies and ideas.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to productionize AI capabilities.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends and document workflows and code.
