Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an AI-focused engineer to advance prompt engineering and deploy AI-powered workflows in production. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure robust AI integration, perform data prep, feature engineering, and API work for AI apps.

Ideal candidates will bring strong Python skills, experience with Docker, and familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, and ML frameworks. Willingness to learn and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with RAG systems and hybrid search techniques.
• Exposure to Multi-Agent systems.
• Understanding of Docker-based deployment and containerization.
• Proficiency in Python for AI development and scripting.
• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex is a plus.
• Version control using Git.
• Awareness of AI compliance and data privacy considerations.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to prompt engineering and development of AI-powered workflows.
• Assist with the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development for AI applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with advancements in GenAI and share relevant learnings with the team.
