Job summary

MathCo is hiring a Generative AI Lead to drive design and delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions. You will operate at the intersection of hands-on engineering, architecture, and technical leadership to build production-grade GenAI systems that solve real business problems.

You will lead architectural design, develop multi-agent systems, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments across cloud environments with a focus on mitigating hallucinations and drift.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deploy LLM-based or Generative AI applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience designing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and semantic systems.
