Synechron is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer in the United States to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI powered enterprise applications. You will work across frontend and backend, integrating AI models, vector databases, and cloud services to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/ LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and modern stacks including Python, Node.js, Java, React, and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Experience building Generative AI applications with LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and Semantic Kernel.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular and backend APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Build intelligent workflows with LangChain/LangGraph and Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate vector databases and Azure AI Search for semantic knowledge retrieval.
• Develop backend APIs using Python/Node.js/Java in REST/Microservices style.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across the stack.
