Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a mid-level AI Engineer to build scalable AI applications, integrate LLMs, and implement RAG-based solutions across enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes Python development, prompt engineering, cloud deployments on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and building REST APIs and microservices.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in software engineering, AI/ML, or data science.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on with ML/GenAI and LLMs.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions with Python and ML frameworks.
• Build Generative AI apps using LLMs and RAG-based methods.
• Integrate LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex).
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, document processing, and knowledge management.
• Implement prompt engineering and evaluate LLM outputs for quality.
• Build REST APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities.
• Work with structured and unstructured data and data pipelines.
• Follow security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
