Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in AI-powered applications, Python, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role focuses on integrating Google LLMs with BigQuery data, building AI agents for root cause analysis, and delivering explainable insights.

You will design AI solutions across Generative AI, NLP, MLP, and automation areas, ensure governance, and contribute to scalable data-driven systems in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models, and applications to solve complex problems.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to generate recommendations, identify patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data, and enable automation.
• Perform large-scale experimentation and develop data-driven applications that transform data into actionable insights.
• Design and develop AI solutions using Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP, Image Processing, Cognitive Automation, Intelligent Process Automation, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Research and optimize AI technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and automation.
• Develop AI agents capable of generating and executing BigQuery SQL queries.
• Build AI-powered agents and multi-step reasoning workflows for root cause analysis.
• Develop investigation memory models to retain relevant information across sessions.
• Build APIs that support user-facing applications.
• Implement logging, traceability, and governance mechanisms for AI-powered systems.
